He has recently received a B.A. in Media Arts from New Jersey City University and is currently in pre-production on an ambitious feature project.

Film Title: THE LAST MAN IN BROOKLYN Synopsis: The year is 2012. The world has torn itself apart with nuclear weapons. The remaining vestiges of human life cling to survival like a scared child to mother's hand. In what's left of Brooklyn, New York, two men live a lonely coexistence. One is scarred by the searing radiation of atomic bombs, the other a miraculously unscathed drifter bent on cruelty for his own foul pleasure. Then... SHE came along. The bitter love triangle that ensued is as timeless as a stopped watch, and as tragic as a dead puppy. Director's Bio: Roberto Bentivegna was born in London in June 1982. He was brought up in Milan and London and attended Emerson College in Boston. His passion for cinema begun at a very early age, and he expressed his desire to be a filmmaker ever since he was 8 years old. His latest accomplishments include a documentary about the AIDS crisis in Malawi, several music videos for various bands in Los Angeles, and a narrative "featurette" - a 25 minute-long religious satire - that he wrote, directed and produced entitled "The Mirakle". The film, which was partially funded by Steve Tisch, has been recently picked up by the Florence Lynch Art Gallery in Chelsea, New York. He is currently attending Columbia University's MFA Program in Film. |

After selling his paintings worldwide for two years, Rick now owns and runs a successful art printing business. He practices his film making whenever possible, and makes anything from documentaries to comedies, and even "how to" videos. As a "hobbyist" film maker, Rick's main showcase for his work is YouTube. He is an active participant in the YouTube community, and most of his work is published on his internet channel "Rickvanman". |

From these heights, robotic drama unfolds as robots created by robots engage in a struggle against their purpose. When robots are given the ability to dream and ponder they must evolve or perish. So it is that robots rebel against their gods just as man does. Can the robot goddess Germany tame the hearts of those she created? Or will they rebel and throw her down once they realize she is no more a god than they? Director's Bio: Gabe DeLang is a self taught animator living in Portland, Oregon. He splits his time between his day job, his family, and his creative projects. Along with animation, Gabe does graphic design for several popular Portland Bands including The Punk Group, Glass Candy and Reload. |

Film Title: TRACKER Synopsis: In the near future, when global warming, ozone depletion and uncontrolled corporate pollutants have decimated our planet, individual environmental clean-up units, known as Trackers, scour the earth in a never ending quest to purge the planet of these biohazardous materials. This short film covers one such Tracker and his latest clean-up assignment. Director's Bio: Steffan Schulz is an honors graduate from the television/film department at San Jose State University. As a producer / director, Steffan's work has been featured on PBS, NBC, ABC, ESPN and MTV. In the last 10 years, his work has collected over 50 national and international awards. Steffan was honored in 1999 with a spot in A/V Video Multimedia Magazines "Top 100 Producers." More recently Steffan completed several international productions including an expedition to outer Mongolia as well as the Mexican road race, La Carrera Panamericana. |

Director's Bio: Phillip Van was raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and Portland, Oregon by his father, a Vietnamese refugee and his mother, a Greek American. He attended NYU’s Graduate Film Program at Tisch School of the Arts and lives in New York. Phillip's films have screened around the world and won dozens of awards in festivals including the Berlin International Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival, HBO U.S. Comedy Arts Festival, Seattle International Film Festival, Telluride Film Festival, Aspen Shortsfest and Gen Art Film Festival, among others. He is also the winner of a 2007 Student Academy Award, a BAFTA/LA Honorable Mention, Kodak's 1st Place Eastman Scholarship, and he was named one of Filmmaker Magazine's 25 New Faces of Independent Film in 2007. Based on his work, Phillip was chosen out of three thousand applicants to direct a short narrative film sponsored by the Berlin International Film Festival. 520 filmmakers from 101 countries voted on three finalists in the largest jury vote in the festival and Phillip's genre-bending film, High Maintenance, won the competition. |

Disco, and Electro-House at numerous venues in Brooklyn and Manhattan. He
is the founder of, "Art After Midnight," a weekly D.A.N.C.E. party
hosted by himself and long time best friend Steve Hardy, aka Sushi Steve.
The party is bent on merging dance, music, fashion, and art in a way that
seems to have been lost in the Lower East Side. This collaboration has led
to other projects including, "Deprogram" a Dirty Electro party

It is founded, owned, and operated by Phoebe Minardi, who studied Costume Design at the University of South Alabama and is currently working on a degree in Fashion Design: Apperel at FIT. Her most recent work includes a fashion show for the Roller Derby Rocks event at Galapagos, and can be found in Dancebot, a short by Director Toni DiFranco. It is the goal of Phi Phi Phashion to find new and creative ways to dress. | |||
